Featuring Pioneer's Protection Control System, this digital amplifier actively monitors internal temperature to prevent circuit shutdown. This intelligent system automatically adjusts input levels to maintain stable, durable circuitry, reducing the risk associated with high input power, even in demanding 1 Ω connections, enabling multiple subwoofers to be connected to the system.
Adjustable Filters:
The GM-D8704 amplifier comes with variable Low Pass Filter (LPF) and High Pass Filter (HPF) options, allowing for fine-tuning of audio frequencies to match subwoofer characteristics and personal preferences. The LPF and HPF are adjustable within a range of 40 Hz to 500 Hz, providing flexibility in sound shaping.
