"What does re-certified actually mean?"
 
We completely understand that the word 'recertified' or 'B-Grade' sounds a little iffy. From time to time, we will receive small quantities of these products so it's something that is very familiar to us, but maybe not to our customers.
 
At the moment, we have a small quantity of the Arcam A19 amplifiers in stock marked as 'B-Grade'. Which has led to a lot of attention and questions asking what this actually means. So what does it mean? How are you to expect these units? Are they damaged in any way? So many questions you may have, but we have done a little video that will only take up a few minutes of your time that will answer these questions.
